So right before school ended I was in this great class that taught me about E-blasts. I wrote this nifty chunk of code and here is there result:

The design of the E-blast follows the same aesthetic as my website. In the email I've included a little motion graphics combined with a new illustration. Illustration is somewhat already heading to this direction so maybe one day our digital newspapers will have moving illustrations!
