New Sketch

Lack up dates = overtime at work. But i'm back and hopefully will appear with more and more sketches. This one is just a generic face that i'm going to experiment with.

Extremely Minor update

So..this post is a tad late but I graduated last thursday and finally recieved my BDes from ocad! So this in turn leads to a very very minor change to my about page :)

Colour Version

The coloured sketch that i posted earlier this week. I explored more with textures in this piece. I might add a background to this piece later on. Perhaps a street, or alley way.

New Sketch!

Been a while since my last update! I have been sooo busy at work; it really takes a lot out of me but i have returned with a new sketch. This one is called Animal Yakuza. Hopefully i can get this done before the graduation ceremony on thursday.

P.S. I watched UP this weekend. TWICE. God I love you Pixar.

To keep this blog and myself productive I'll start posting stuff from my sketchbook. So here's one that I plan on finishing in a couple of days. It might also be nice to see how it looks before I start colouring it.

E-Mail Promo!

So right before school ended I was in this great class that taught me about E-blasts. I wrote this nifty chunk of code and here is there result:

The design of the E-blast follows the same aesthetic as my website. In the email I've included a little motion graphics combined with a new illustration. Illustration is somewhat already heading to this direction so maybe one day our digital newspapers will have moving illustrations!
